Disruption, Excess, Hyper Vulnerability – Jeremy Wade has made a name for himself as an extreme performer and performance maker. His works, also incorporating curation and social practice, are disturbing and thought-provoking: they revolve around queer and feminist strategies of world making, relational ethics of care, zombie subjectivity, the violence of social norms and a difficult hope for the complicated now. This practice runs through the body and is always entailing an intense socio-political critique. 

After graduating from the School for New Dance Development in Amsterdam in 2000 and receiving a Bessie Award for his first evening length performance “Glory,” at Dance Theater Workshop in New York City in 2006, he moved to Berlin and since then works in close collaboration with the Hebbel Theater, Sophiensaele, Haus der Kulturen der Welt and Gessnerallee, Zurich. Recently, Wade has created “Fountain,” “Together Forever,” “Death Asshole Rave Video,” “Drawn Onward,” and “Between Sirens.” In May, 2019 Jeremy premiered a new solo titled The Clearing, with musician Marc Lohr, a three-act post-apocalyptic horror trip that is overblown, bizarre and absurd, with Wade as a garbage-busting android, a tragic sufferer and a scrappy bird drag queen performing on an apocalypse death ship. Later in June 2019 he restaged his first piece made in NYC 2006 titled Glory, a brutal naked duet Swedish Choreographer and performer Sindri Runudde and Musician Brendan Dougherty at Sophiensaele. Wade is an accomplished teacher and curator of ecstatic events. His 5000-year-old alter ego, The Battlefield Nurse, is the founder and a co-host of a disability allied project called the Future Clinic for Critical Care a fictional space to process the messy politics of care through performance, social practice and a socio-cultural animation. At FCCC the word Queer gets put the test in a project unfolding as sensual and intersectional form of interdependence. With large-scale three-day symposia and most importantly politically charged kick ass sexy parties FCCC has taken place in nine editions, six editions in Zurich, and three in collaboration with Edwin Ramierez and Nina Muehlemann. 


Ethan Folk (geb. 1986 USA) is an Editor, Director, and DIT. Since founding Cutenon Films with Ty Wardwell in 2016, the two have produced six short films probing masculinity, queerness, and privilege through intimate encounters between bodies, cash, and home cooking. Films which Ethan directed and edited include VERNAE (2016), Breakfast in Bed (2016), Dear Babe (2018), Brunch on Bikes (2019), The Pizza Topping (2019), and My Darlings (2020). Ethan edited the documentary Stonewall: Uckermark (2019) and provided DIT / Set Photography on NEUBAU (2019) and Amygdala (2020) from Schuldenberg Films.


Djibril Sall (b.1994) is a performer, choreographer, and writer based in Berlin. Originally born in Dakar, Senegal and emigrating to Memphis, TN at five years old, their work is informed by their life as a first generation queer migrant and their experience with adolescent cancer. Even after they started life in America, West Africa never left their household; the steaming spices of mafé, Islam, and Pulaar ensured that they were strongly exposed to Senegalese sensibilities.


They received their BA with honors in Dance from Wesleyan University with a focus on Performance Studies, Queer Studies, and Critical Race Studies. They are an avid student on the production of trauma and the habits that facilitate its continued existence as intergenerational trauma. At the moment they are concerned with how the path towards utopia for many communities living on the margins is rooted in closing deep wounds and navigating the ruptures that arise in the process of navigating these traumas.


They have worked with organizations serving the needs of underrepresented communities such as Girls Inc. of NYC and BUFU (By Us For Us). Additionally, they have presented talks at The New School in New York City, Sophiensaele in Berlin, and Dansens Hus in Oslo. In 2019, they received the danceWEB Scholarship in Vienna.

Katerina Kokkinos-Kennedy is an award-winning theatre director, writer, and curator. She is the founder and artistic director of Triage Live Art Collective the company she founded in 2009. Since 2006 her artistic practice has focused on creating immersive, participatory, and site-specific projects. Her acclaimed performances have been commissioned by companies and festivals locally and internationally. From 2013-2016 Katerina directed and curated Hotel Obscura, a longform work that explored hotels as performance sites. The project was funded by Creative Europe and presented in four countries (Australia, Greece, France, Austria). In 2016 she was awarded a prestigious two-year Australia Council Theatre Fellowship in recognition of her artform innovations and leadership. Recent Triage works include: i can't believe we're still having this conversation, Wonderland Festival, Italy (2019); sea inside, Hammerfest Festival, Norway (2019), and The Infirmary, Arts House, Australia (2018). Katerina and her collaborators are currently developing two new works in Melbourne: META, and After the Flood. 


Julia Schell is a freelance editor and copywriter with an academic background in the history of arts, film, theater and media studies as well as ethics. She worked as a freelance journalist and art critic in London before founding her agency kunst und komma which offers communications services for cultural institutions. Her main areas of interest include underrepresented histories of art, accessible language and communication tools as well as the intersections of arts and politics. She actively engages in the Coalition of the Independent Arts Berlin, an interdisciplinary advocacy group to support the interests of Berlin’s independent arts community.

Lou Drago is a Berlin-based artist, curator, writer and radio producer/ DJ. Drago is a founding member of XenoEntities Network, Berlin, a collective who focuses their research on queer, gender and feminist studies and their interactions with digital technologies. They curate and produce, Transience, a monthly show on Cashmere Radio, Berlin that focuses on experimental, ambient and experient music that aims to offer anxiety relief to its listeners. Drago’s recent research is concerned with finding ways to coalesce all of those who refuse or fail to fit the neoliberal mould in an attempt to reunite what we have witnessed to be an increasingly fractured Left. Aware of the role identity politics have played in dividing the Left, Drago navigates between their commitment to gender abolitionism and other xeno-feminist desires and a politics of Radical Sociability that aims to enact an intersectional affinity-based politics. Drago’s artistic practice fuses their experiential-theoretical research with their sound-based research to create listening occasions for being-together and being with oneself with others. They have shown work, curated shows and spoken on panels across Europe and internationally. 

Darcey Bennett is Berlin-based artist. He makes installations, performances and works as well in visual communication. His first collaboration with Rob Fordeyn, ‘Tragic by Accident’, premiered at Monty Kultuurfaktorij (Antwerp). Their second collaboration 'Drama Chaos Confusion and Madness' premiered at F*LAB (Frankfurt, DE).

Sindri Runudde is a Swedish and internationally based dancer and choreographer. He is working across different fields as sound art and visual art, and is previously educated in contemporary circus.

Sindri has worked for companies like Les sept doigts de la main, Candoco Dance Company and Skånes Dance Theater.

As a choreographer he has created Vända och vrida for Stockholms city theater, The Fishing Dance, touring across Europe 2019-2020, Blind Boi diaries, a co-created autobiography touring Sweden 2017 and "Golvet/Blå kongo", interactive sound piece premiered at Dansens hus in Stockholm, followed by a national gallery tour.

As a freelance dancer Sindri has worked for choreographers like: Stina Nyberg, Carl Olof Berg, Martin Forsberg, Ben Wright, Jeremy Wade, Moritz Ostruschnjak and Miriam Gurtner.

Sindri works from a queer feminist perspective in his works, and from a lived experience having a visual impairment he is highly involved nationally and internationally in the disabled/crip dance community.

Wanda Vrasti is a freelance lecturer, writer and weaver of communities whose interests span socialist theory and praxis, radical feminisms, queer liberation and underground culture-making. Though academically trained in political science, Wanda never wanted to settle for a linear career path. Upon moving to Berlin in 2008, her ambition became to carve a multi-activity existence. Co-founding the queer-feminist rave collective Lecken in 2016 has been a substantial catalyst for this ethos. Currently, she is also studying to become a psychodynamic therapist.
